Refund & Cancellation Policy
The short version
- Mantel is free during beta. Nothing is charged.
- After beta, the plan is US$3 per month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
- Ask within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund it.
Beta
While Mantel is in beta it's free, and we don't collect payment details, so there's nothing to cancel or refund. We'll email you before beta ends. You'll only be charged if you choose the paid plan.
Billing
The paid plan costs US$3 per month (plus any applicable taxes), charged at the start of each monthly billing period to the payment method you choose. Your receipt is emailed to you.
Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time, from your account or by emailing hello@mantelcms.com from your account's email address.
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
- After you cancel, you won't be charged again.
- Your content stays available to export after cancellation. Ask us if you'd also like your account deleted.
Refunds
- If you ask within 7 days of a charge, we'll refund that charge in full. No questions asked.
- After 7 days, charges for the current period aren't refundable, but you can cancel so you aren't charged again.
- If you were charged by mistake (a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled), we'll refund it whenever you tell us.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We start them within 2 business days of approval; your bank or card provider usually takes 5–10 business days to show them.
How to ask
Email hello@mantelcms.com from your account's email address with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 2 business days. You can also reach us through our support page.
Changes
If we change this policy, the version in effect when you were charged applies to that charge. See also our Terms of Service.
